The base price of our full Consultancy and Database Development
service commences at the rate of 15.00€ per hour for the initial
Consultancy and Quotation preparation phase of your Project which
becomes payable immediately upon completion of this phase regardless
of your acceptance or cancellation of the Project.

If the quotation is accepted, the same hourly rate will be applied
for the development of your software.

|
On completion of the project you will also receive a FREE User Guide
written around the functionality of your new system.
|
|
|
You will also receive a Runtime version of your system, developed in
MS Access for your personal use. Provided you are operating under a
MS Windows environment (Windows 98SE or above) you do not need to
purchase a licensed copy of the MS Access package.

|
If you require a language version other than ENG, we are able to
offer a translation service. However translation cannot be quoted for
until the base system design and development has been completed -
including its supporting manual.

Please feel free to check our pricing structure. Generally a Software
house’s charge for Software development falls into a range of between
25.00€ to 50.00€ per hour plus a similar rate for the development of
a User Guide.

We also provide an ongoing Software maintenance and updating service
at special low hourly rates. This ensures that our valued Clients
are always covered with full Technical support by experienced staff,
when they need additions or modifications made to their systems.

Throughout all development phases there are no hidden extra charges. |
